As a successful entrepreneur, she has a proven track record of building and operating profitable businesses in the restaurant and real estate sectors. A dedicated community advocate, Brittany serves on the boards of the Tourism Public Improvement District (TPID) and the McLennan Community College Business Advisory Board. She is also an Ambassador for the Waco Chamber of Commerce and a member of Waco Young Professionals. Brittany is passionate about cultivating strong owner relationships, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Tim Condon

Senior financial executive with 25+ years of experience specializing in financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, and the development and implementation of robust financial systems and controls. Proven ability to partner with executive teams to drive profitability and performance improvements through enhanced transparency and cost control. Expertise in designing and implementing financial policies and procedures that significantly improve organizational efficiency and compliance. Adept at managing large-scale projects within budget. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively collaborating with all levels of an organization.

Parker Pieri

Parker is a seasoned executive with extensive CFO/COO experience across diverse industries, from manufacturing and distribution to energy and non-profits. He’s led financial operations for companies ranging from small family businesses to multi-billion dollar corporations, including private equity portfolio companies and publicly traded entities. He previously owned a CPA practice and a Comfort Keepers franchise, giving him firsthand experience with small business needs. Currently, he leads Diamond Pi Business Advisors, powered by CFO Hero Inc., providing CFO and advisory services to startups and mid-market companies.
